REPORTING

A. Reporting of the candidate in the allotted Institute:

  • The candidate shall print the provisional allotment letter from the website www.techadmission.gov.in after depositing the token admission fees of Rs. 10,000/- through www.hscs.org and shall report at the allotted institute along with all requisite documents (Refer Section B) by a particular fixed reporting date as mentioned in “Key Dates”.
  • The candidates who have reported at the allotted institute will get a system generated admission slip from the allotted institute after completing the admission formalities.
  • The candidates who have deposited admission fees of Rs. 10,000/- but not reported at the designated institute are out of counseling process and they can apply for refund online by cutoff date as mentioned in the “Key Dates”.

B. List of Documents to be brought at the time of the admission at the allotted Institute:
  • The candidates at the time of reporting must bring the following original certificates/documents/testimonials along with 3 sets of duly attested photocopies of these with them. Any candidate, who fails to produce any of the required certificates/documents/testimonials at the time of reporting at the institution, will forfeit his/her claim to admission.
  • Qualifying examination i.e. graduation examination.
  • 10+2/Intermediate/Senior Secondary Examination.
  • Matriculation/High School Certificate.
  • NATA Scorecard
  • Character Certificate
  • Regular Candidates:The candidates who passed their qualifying exams from college/department as regular candidates are required to submit the character certificate
  • Private Candidate: The candidates, who have passed the qualifying examinations as private candidates, are required to submit the character certificate duly signed by the first class magistrate.
  • Resident Certificate, if applicable: The Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination form the University in the state of Haryana will be deemed to be Haryana residents and will not be required to submit the certificated Bona-fide residence of Haryana.
  • Certificate from the employer in case of employees of government of Haryana, members of all India service borne to Haryana cadre, employees of statutory bodies/ corporations, if applicable.
  • Schedule Class certificate, if applicable.
  • Backward class certificate, if applicable and affidavit.
  • Certificate in respect to physically handicapped candidates, if applicable.
  • Certificate required to be furnished by the children and grand children of freedom fighters, as applicable.
  • Certificates from wards of deceased/disabled/discharged military/Para military/ex-serviceman or ex-personal of Para military forces.
  • Certificates from wards of ex-employees of Indian defence services/Para military forces.
  • Certificate of Medical fitness Note:
  1. All originals and 3 sets of attested photocopies of all applicable documents/certificates/testimonials must be brought at the time of the reporting.
  2. The original certificates shall be returned back after verification.
  3. The Three sets of attested copies of certificates/documents/testimonials will be verified and signed by the Director/Principal or his authorized representative and will be retained for registration purposes with the HSCS and subsequently in the University.
